I grew up playing sports 6 days a week and 20 years ago, the gym wasn’t a big part of that plan. Today, it is much more accessible and available for teens to learn strength training and get the incredible benefits - If, it is done right

Our youth are in the gym regardless these days. Let's teach them to do it the right way, learning to maximise the benefits and avoid issues down the track.

Our Nexus Next-Gen System is designed for youth aged between 11-16 to improve physical health, boost self-esteem, and enhance athletic performance — all while having fun!

How do the sessions run:

1 Session per week in after-school hours:
This allows us to cover off on all the big movements to get a good base of development, whilst still leaving time in the room to practice their chosen sports or other activities.

Programmed Training Session:
Additional programmed training days, to come in and hit a secondary day if you wish to get more out of the 8 week term.

45 Minute Sessions:
This gives us a good window to make sure the whole group is getting attention and get through some solid work.

Capped Numbers:
We can’t give our best to each and every participant with 30 people in the room. We cap our sessions at 6-8 people to make sure everyone is getting the most out of it.
