Our technique pack includes 3x 1:1 private sessions covering any lifts you like in depth.
Technique breakdown and assessment, with movement drills prescribed so you gain confidence in ongoing execution. These sessions allow you to troubleshoot problems on any lifts you like and feel more capable in future progress.
